Mr. Zhang Lei is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Hillhouse Capital Management Group, Ltd., a leading investment firm in Asia with assets under management over nine billion U.S. dollars. Prior to founding Hillhouse, Mr. Zhang worked at NYSE and a global emerging markets fund. Prior to this, he worked with the Yale University Investments Office, which manages the University’s endowment, while a student at Yale.

Mr. Zhang serves on the board of directors for 360buy (Jingdong), a Chinese Internet retailer; Qunar, China’s leading online travel site; Blue Moon, China’s leading household care company, and Global Mediacom, Indonesia’s largest media and television conglomerate. Mr. Zhang is also a Trustee of the Brookings Institution. Mr. Zhang earned an MBA and M.A. in International Relations from Yale University, where he serves on the University Council. Mr. Zhang earned his B.A. in Economics from Renmin University of China, where he serves as the Vice Chairman and Trustee of the Board.

Nazir Razak is the Group Chief Executive/Managing Director of CIMB Group Holdings Bhd. He joined CIMB’s corporate advisory department in 1989 and was appointed Chief Executive in 1999. Nazir spearheaded the Group’s transformation from a Malaysian investment bank to a regional universal bank via several acquisitions throughout the region. Today, CIMB Group is Malaysia’s 2nd largest financial services group and the 5th largest in ASEAN.

Nazir received the “2012 Outstanding Achievement Award” from Euromoney in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Asian financial markets. He was also named “Best CEO (Malaysia)” by FinanceAsia in 2012 and 2011, while in 2010, Asiamoney recognised Nazir as the “Best Executive in Malaysia”. Nazir also became the youngest recipient of FinanceAsia’s “Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2009.

He graduated from the University of Bristol with a B.Sc. (Hons) and obtained an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge.

Cezar Peralta Consing is one of the most experienced Asian international investment bankers. In 1985, he was appointed assistant vice president in corporate banking but later joined J.P. Morgan & Co as a transferee from BPI. At J.P. Morgan, Consing built a 20-year career in investment banking while based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

He earned a degree in Economics (accelerated program, magna cum laude) from De La Salle University in 1979, and a master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Michigan in 1980.

Chartsiri Sophonpanich is the President of Bangkok Bank, the largest commercial bank in Thailand. After working at Citibank in New York, he returned to Thailand to join Bangkok Bank in 1986. He held various senior management positions in Bangkok Bank before being appointed President in December 1994. Along with his responsibilities at Bangkok Bank, Mr. Chartsiri is also Chairman of the Thai Bankers’ Association and a member of the Board of Trustees of Singapore Management University.

In 2005, Chartsiri received the Achievement Award for Leadership in Thailand from the Asian Banker magazine and the Robert H. Goddard Alumni Award from Worcester Polytechnic Institute for exceptional achievement in business.

Mr. Chartsiri was educated in the United States at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he obtained two Master’s Degrees in Chemical Engineering and in Management.
