Lin Diaan-Yi is a Leader in the Public Sector and Infrastructure practice in Asia. She has worked extensively with private sector, government entities and government-linked companies across Asia, particularly on the design and implementation of large-scale programs to drive performance transformation and economic development and supporting the financing and delivery of mega-projects in infrastructure.

Diaan-Yi holds an MA in Law with honors from University of Cambridge and as a Fulbright Scholar, she obtained an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Newbigging was appointed Group Managing Director on 1st April 2012. He has been employed by Jardine Matheson since 1995 in a variety of roles, spanning the fields of business process outsourcing, aviation services, retailing and engineering, and over this period was based in the Philippines, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Prior to his current appointment he was Chief Executive of The Jardine Engineering Corporation and before that, General Manager of IKEA Hong Kong.

Mr. Newbigging is a Commissioner of Astra International, Vice President Commissioner of United Tractors and Chairman of Cycle & Carriage Bintang. He is also Chairman of Mindset Care, a charity of the Jardine Matheson Group of Companies in Singapore.

Mr. Newbigging graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Arts (Honours) degree in mental philosophy, and has completed the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Mr David S.S. Chin is the Executive Director of the Singapore Maritime Foundation. The Foundation was established to serve as the link between the public and private sectors in the maritime industry. SMF works in partnership with the maritime players to drive initiatives, attract and nurture talent and raise public awareness of the Singapore maritime sector. These efforts are in line with the vision to make Singapore a leading international maritime centre.

Mr Chin was the Director General (Trade) of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, till his retirement from the Singapore government service at end 2006. From early 2007 till end 2011, Mr Chin continued as a Consultant to the Ministry of Trade and Industry on trade issues.

Mr Chin holds a Bachelor of Science degree (1st Class Honours) in Engineering from Newcastle-Upon-Tyne Polytechnic, UK. Mr Chin attended the Advanced Management Program XI, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, on the fall of 1992.

He is also an active member of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and is currently one of the Vice Presidents and is the youngest one to be elected to the post. Pushpanathan Sundram (Nathan) is the Managing Director of EAS Strategic Advice – Asia in Singapore. EAS provides strategic and specialist services for governments, trade associations and companies globally in regulatory affairs, public affairs, trade policy and law, issues management, and corporate social responsibility.

He is also is a Senior Fellow with the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), a leading think-tank in Southeast Asia. Previously, he served at the ASEAN Secretariat for 16 years holding several senior positions with the last being the Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN (Deputy Minister level) for ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) from January 2009 to March 2012.

He received the first Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) Outstanding Alumni Award in 2011 and the Commander of the Sahakmetrey Order Medal from the Kingdom of Cambodia in 2012 for his work in ASEAN and East Asia. He holds a first degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master degree in Public Policy from the LKYSPP, NUS.

Azman Mokhtar is the Managing Director of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the strategic investment fund of the Government of Malaysia. He is also the Chairman of Iskandar Investment Berhad and Axiata Group Berhad and holds various Board memberships including Iskandar Regional Development Authority, Yayasan Khazanah and Jadwa Investment of Saudi Arabia. He serves on various public service bodies including Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU), Executive Committee of Malaysia International Islamic Financial Centre (MIFC), Bumiputera Agenda Action Council and Governance Council of Malaysia Innovation Agency. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Asia Business Council, the INSEAD East Asia Council and the Global Agenda Council on the Role of Business for the 2011 World Economic Forum.

He obtained his M.Phil in Development Studies from Darwin College, University of Cambridge and a postgraduate diploma in Islamic Studies from the International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ong Keng Yong is currently High Commissioner of Singapore to Malaysia. Prior to his posting in Kuala Lumpur, he served as Ambassador-At-Large in the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was concurrently the Director of the Institute of Policy Studies in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2011.

Mr. Ong served as Secretary-General of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), based in Jakarta, Indonesia, from January 2003 to January 2008. He was Singapore’s Non- Resident Ambassador to Iran from 2009 to 2011.

He is a graduate of the University of Singapore and Georgetown University (Washington D.C., USA)
