The third and final phase of the Network ASEAN Forum 2013 will be the consolidation of all research and discussion materials from Phase I and Phase II. The aims and objectives of the NAF was to provide a platform for private and public sector to come together and align their agendas in the common theme of ASEAN integration. We, at CARI, envision this to be done by means of the white paper report to be submitted to the relevant ASEAN policy maker.

Phase III will consist of the final outcome, the Lifting-The-Barriers (LTB) Report, as a white paper for the ASEAN ministers to effect real changes and accelerate ASEAN integration efforts.

The Phase III LTB Policy Paper will be published in Q4 2013.
